Pizzeria 'Gianicolo' / 絶品 ローマピザ!!
Let me introduce a very nice Roman pizzeria, 'Gianicoro' today. Their main menu is hearth-baked pizza and it's so tasty and you will never forget it. We ordered pizza of 'Sakura' shrimp. The shrimp is eaten only in spring in Japan and it is nice with white wine...
We luckily sit near the hearth and could enjoy looking the process to cook it. Roman-styled pizza is very thin and crispy and I couldn't stop biting!! Anyway, please try it after 'Hanami'

春です 食いしん坊ネタ復活!
最寄り駅の麻布十番に窯で焼くピザ屋さん、'Gianicolo' がオープンしたというので早速出かけてきました。 あった、あった、大きな窯!メラメラと薪が燃え上がっております
注文したのは桜海老のピザ。手際良く生地を伸ばして、材料をのせ、窯へ。 全部が見える特等席で楽しませていただきました。 薄い皮で縁がカリッとして香ばしい~
白ワインと共にあっという間に平らげて、「もう一枚 おかわり」
何枚でもいけそう~。
ちなみにピザ以外の料理も、オススメ満載。 まずは行くべし
