Boy's Festival / 端午の節句
May 5th is Boy's Festival, a.k.a.Children's Day. We displayed Yoroi and Kabuto ( Samurai armor and helmet) this afternoon in our shop. Originally the Boy's Fetival, 'Tango no Sekku,' was celebrated for the healthy growth and development of young men, exorcising evils and misfortunes. . . we hope then this great depression will get out of world!
雛祭が終わったと思ったらもうすぐ子供の日。 端午の節句ですね。お店でも目立つ所に飾ってみました。
鎧に兜。 それほど古いものではありませんが、なかなかどうしてイイ感じではないですか！
もともと端午の節句は、悪鬼や災厄を祓うのが目的。 不景気も追い払ってもらおうかな？
