Pickle shop in Monzen nakacho/門前仲町の漬物屋さん
My American friends who moved to Hong Kong came back to visit Tokyo yesterday. They are like Japanese people .... love Sumo (loves 'Kaio'), Shogi, Natto, Soba... And Japanese Pottery. We used to go to the pottery class together. Her works have been introduced on this blog before. We will go to Tomioka-hachiman Antique Flea Market tomorrow morning and have lunch near it. They like 'Kintame' Japanese pickle shop close to the market. There is always a long line and we will have to wait for 20~30 min. However, the food is worth waiting for 1 hour!!
It is very interesting that they are more Japanese than I!!

富岡八幡の門前に近為という漬物屋があるのですが、そこを教えてくれたのも彼女
このお店、実においしい
いつも混雑していてなかなか入れないのですが、彼女はこの店に行くのも今回の重要な目的の一つだそうです。
日本人の私たちが忘れてしまったなにかを彼女は教えてくれます。
なにはともあれ、明日の早朝、富岡八幡へ出撃～っ
