Slow Food / スローフード
This shop is called, "Kinkaragetsu Bakery." They only open from (kara) Friday(Kin youbi) to Monday(Getsu youbi) on the last week of the month. This lovely bakery is located very close to our shop, and they sell breads and sweets made of 100% domestic flours. There is a space for sitting as a Cafe, and it's very small but very attractive. The owners are devoting a lot of time and energy to produce each item. Everything is delicious!!

お店の裏にこんな可愛いお店がひっそりと営業しています。 国産の小麦全粒粉１００％で作るパンとお菓子のお店です。 なんと月末の金曜日～月曜日しか営業していないので
名前は「きんからげつベーカリー」。
一応、店内はカフェになっているのですが、非常に小さく、可愛らしいお店。手間暇かけたケーキやパンはどれも滋味があり、美味しい
カラダにいい！と思うとますます美味しくいただけます！
