Today's Lunch / 本日のランチ
I wrote that Kinkaragetsu Bakery is selling breads and sweets. But the shop was originally started as a Vegetarian Cafe, called Hinagikukitsune, by a publication company specialized in the books of cooking and sweets for the professionals. Now we can find a nice couple who work together deligently and they explain us about their food very kindly. So they also sell the vegetarian lunch box. They used 16 different vegetables! And 3 different rice!!! We appreciated the taste of each ingredient. We can hardly wait for the next month!!
と、いうわけで、きんからげつベーカリーで買った6月の香りすし・きつねの酢飯弁当を昼食にいただきました。これまた超具だくさん（なんと16種！）の手間をかけたお弁当！お米だけで、精白米・もち米・古代青米の3種類入っているのです。色々な具を見つけながら、ゆっくり味わって食べました
このきんからげつベーカリー、もともとは「ひなぎくきつね」というベジタリアンカフェで、プロ向けに料理や菓子の専門書を送り出す出版社がオープンしたそうですが、今はなんとなく個人でなさっているように見えます。素敵なご夫婦が仲良く行ったり来たり、食べ物の説明も懇切丁寧にして下さいました。
毎月月末になると、お弁当が食べたくて、ソワソワしてしまいそうです
私の麻布産インゲンも無農薬だし・・・、使ってもらおうかな？？ムフフ
