ICHIGO-ICHIE 一期一会
”Ichigo-Ichie” is one of the most beautiful expressions in Japanese; meaning, " only once in your lifetime." A happy thing as an antique shop staff is to deal with 'only one item in the world.' Recently we noticed that we often receive the inquiries from customers on the same item almost at the same time. So we began to wonder, why our customers want the same item, which has been here for a long while? We even thought of some mysterious energy working around us, or such an energy sent forth from those very items. . .
Meanwhile, we would like to make sure and would like you to understand that we've worked on the first come first serve basis. When we don't hear from the first customer for a certain period ( please refer to our sales agreement section in the order form,) we would pass the item into the second customer.
Please believe in your intuition when you feel "I found it!" It is the only one in your life.
なぜでしょうか・・・・。皆さん同時期に同一商品が欲しくなってしまうのですね。
その「モノ」からなんらかのエネルギーが発信されているのか？と変な事を考えたりします。
基本的に最初にお声をかけていただいた方にお譲りしていますが、「興味があります」といったきりご連絡がないと次に待っている方にご迷惑がかかりますので、一定期間を過ぎたら次の方へ御案内しています。
アンティークは一点モノ！ 残念ながらまったく同じものを探すことは不可能・・・・・。
