Seeing is Believing / お店のチカラ・・・・。
Last week, one of our customers, who have always bought our items through internet, visited our shop for the first time. She was such a charming lady, and I was so happy to have her here. Owing to the "net and @ trends, " we have had increasing number of customer through internet. We would appreciate all those convenient merchandizing systems. . . .However, I believe that it is far better to see people in person --- this is the golden rule! We will keep making the nice web-site so you can feel you want to visit us!!

が主流。当店も今ではインターネットでのご注文、お問合わせが飛躍的に増加。
先日、あるお客様が遠方からいらっしゃいました。今までネットでたびたびお買い上げいただいていたのですが、東京へ来る用事があり、立ち寄ってくださいました。
「自分が買い物をしているお店に訪れてみたかった・・・・」
実店舗というのはお客様にとっては安心感につながるのでしょうね。
便利な世の中になっても人と人のつながりは直接会ってお話することが基本だと改めて感じた瞬間
